NER by K2K
I’ve always been fascinated by people, organisations, and the social systems they’re part of. To me, business leaders are social architects who create and feed the environments where people and organisations can develop and grow. It was only natural, then, that I’d end up working with K2K Emocionando, whose New Style of Relationship (NER) makes people and organisations blossom.
I’m an industrial engineer and an economist from Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania). I also hold an MBA from Harvard University.
I’ve been working in the company founded by my father, FRISA, for the past 21 years, doing different jobs before being appointed chairman in 2011. FRISA is a major player in the manufacturing industry. It makes and exports highly
engineered products for capital goods in the aerospace, oil and energy industries.
Proudly headquartered in Mexico and with more than 2000 employees, FRISA exports 100 per cent of its products to over 60 countries around the world. It’s been acknowledged for its avant-garde culture in the Monterrey industrial sector and saluted by the Mexican society as an example of an outstanding corporation.
